WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT E-MAIL ADDRESSES CONNECTED WITH YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. MOST CORPORATIONS HAVE A FILTERING SYSTEM TO STOP PERSONAL MAIL, SPAM, OR JUNK MAIL.

BECAUSE OUR LETTERS GO OUT AS BLIND CARBON COPY (Bcc)TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF OUR MEMBERS, AND ARE ALSO SENT IN LARGE CLUSTERS, MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE BULK MAIL, THEY ARE VERY PRONE TO SYSTEM DELETION.

FREE E-MAIL IS AVAILABLE TO ANYONE HAVING ACCESS TO A COMPUTER. SOME FREE E-MAIL SUGGESTIONS ARE: HOTMAIL, G MAIL (THROUGH GOOGLE), YAHOO, MYWAY (WE USE THIS ONE), AND JUNO. THERE ARE MANY SUCH MAILERS AVAILABLE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERSONAL E-MAIL SETUP THROUGH YOUR SERVER, PLEASE GET ONE OF THE FREE MAILERS AVAILABLE.

IF YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER AND HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING ANY MAIL FROM US, IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU ARE USING A COMPANY E-MAIL ADDRESS, YOU HAVE A NEW ADDRESS, OR YOUR E-MAILER HAS SOME SORT OF BLOCKER SET UP. THE BLOCKER IS EASILY REMOVED.

IF YOU HAVE A NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE INFORM ME. I WILL MAKE ANY CHANGES NEEDED TO KEEP YOUR MEMOS COMING TO YOU.

In order to join the club you need to supply us with:

Your full name, (first and last).

Your complete home, or, P.O. Box address WITH zip code.

A valid e-mail address.

**Note: we validate e-mail addresses by sending our response to you as a reply, using your original letter of request, for this purpose.

If you have your mailer set to give a falsified return address, you must correct it in order for us to validate you.

We value you as a future member, but we should not be required to rectify any address. All e-mail addresses are automatically entered into our address book when we reply to you. Due to potential error, we do not enter them manually.

Your phone number is not required for our database.
We will never contact a member by telephone.
